Cheryl Yung

Cheryl found yoga for relieving back pain due to the condition of scoliosis in the very beginning. She is then aware and empowered by the healing attributes of yoga with the grown awareness in physical and emotional body. The calmness cultivated from the practice also makes her decided to pursuit this yoga journey. She finished her 200 RYT Teacher Training in Vietnam in 2017, and started to share her experience to others since then. 

She believes everyone can benefit from yoga practice, and to find peace and joy from within. Her classes focus in the synchronicity of breathing and movement, to emphasize in the awareness of the present and the bodily experience. Her intention is to offer an energizing yet relaxing experience to her student in class. She is a ponderer in life and a traveller, always enjoy having meaningful conversations on self improvement and spiritual growth.

Chloe Sze

Yoga has been a part of Chloe's life since she started the yoga journey 5 years ago. Having completed the Teacher Training under the guidance of Master Yogananth Andiappan, Chloe traveled to India for an intensive training and continued to explore the yoga scenes around the world. She was also trained with Nicole Walsh in Australia and has deepened her yoga and spiritual practices with Talia Sutra in Israel. Chloe is certified for Prenatal Yoga and Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2.

With an upbeat and cheerful personality, Chloe aims to share her passion and knowledge of Yoga with her students; at the same time to empower them by showing that they are capable of more than they believe in a safe and injury-free way. Her teaching style is dynamic and playful yet rejuvenating which helps to strengthen the body, calm the mind and open the heart.

Chloe truly believes that the teacher is within ourselves and LOVE & KINDNESS are the solutions to all chaos.

Cybil Poon

Cybil is a professional dancer who practises yoga at the same time to achieve mental equanimity in the competitive field. Yoga has not only enhanced her physical strength and flexibility, but also granted her spiritual calmness and wisdom to continue the journey of being a dancer.

On top of 200 hr (RYT) yoga teacher certification with Patrick Creelman and Rinat Perlman, Cybil has also completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme with Cathy Ziengs in Hong Kong and Qi Circulation for Health course with Budiman in Indonesia. She also practices traditional yoga alongside Rekha Dey with whom she receives valuable knowledge and insights in yoga.

Having a dance training background in classical ballet and contemporary dance, Cybil has embodied bodily sensitivity and mindful awareness to help students approach and understand yoga in a natural, effective and comprehensive manner. Her teaching philosophy is to address the need of students and to not only work on their physical body, but most importantly, to find peace of mind in the bustling modern life.

Fiona Tang

Fiona was a dancer for over 10 years, she mastered ballet, jazz, hip hop, jazz-funk and contemporary dance. It was during this period where she started to use yoga to rejuvenate her body and soul after a hard day of dance practice. Due to several injuries on her neck and shoulder from dancing. Fiona had to stop and decided to focus on yoga. She first stepped onto the mat in 2010 and is now highly proficient in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. 

With a growing interest to yoga, Fiona finished her first teacher training with master Samrat Dasgupta in 2016 and is currently studying different style of yoga including Acroyoga, Dharma Yoga Wheel and Antigravity. Fiona has over 1000 hours of yoga teaching experience with students ranging from complete beginners to experts.

Besides yoga, Fiona also loves rock climbing, scuba diving, gymnastics, weightlifting and singing bowl practice for meditation and sound therapy.

Matina Cheung

Matina first discovered yoga in 2004, when she was a teenager and all start from "Mum brings me to yoga". During a stressful time in design industry, she began to practice more to take her mind off things, and has been hooked since that. The practice not only making her physically stronger but giving her a chance to fall back in love with herself and her life. 

She completed her first teacher training at Absolute Yoga Academy in Koh Samui, and started teaching in 2014. Matina offers a creative routine and make you flow naturally in class, keep everything fresh, fun and enjoyable. Wish to bring everyone a better body, and happier soul. She believes that teaching yoga is not only about guiding students through sequences and asanas, it is also an experience of inspiring, sharing and growing together.

Pepsi Choi

Pepsi has been passionated about wakeboarding for years. She wants to build up her flexibility to improve overall performance, and that leads her to her first yoga class. She stepped on the yoga mat in 2010 and experienced the remarkable transformations in her life. Pepsi had discovered a stronger connection with her own body, gained awareness of her thoughts, and become more attuned to her emotions.

Pepsi completed her first teacher training in 2016, and since then she started sharing her love of yoga to people around. Pepsi has an authentic teaching style, which really helps people to develop and maintain a long-termed healthy pattern.  She is an energetic and outgoing teacher, with clear focus on postural alignment, her classes are safe and fun to all.

Saffie Ng

Saffie is currently an active model,  yoga instructor and personal trainer. Her modelling was put to a halt due to a traffic accident some years back. During the rehabilitation, she started a journey of self healing; that lead to her yoga in India and taking a Pprofessional personal trainer license.

Saffie is a caring, mindful and attentive teacher. She focuses on building the physical, emotional, spiritual connections and most importantly self-awareness. She believes yoga practice develops inner strength, resilience and positivity. Her classes give careful attention to the principles of alignment, breathing awareness and meditation to calm the mind and soul. Her encouraging style and positive enthusiasm give her students reassurance to go deeper to explore life's possibilities.
